After a wee break of a few years and plenty of encouragement from the Méribel crew… it’s back.
Ribs & Jibs Méribel returns for its 3rd edition on Thursday 5th March 2026, and we’re bringing the backyard jib session straight to the front yard of town.
Build it and they will come !
For one day only, the Chapel Road will be fully privatised, snow will be shoveled in and shaped by hand.
Urban rail jam energy.
Mountain-town attitude.
One-off jib jam session purely for good times.
RIBS, JIBS & MUSIC !
From 2pm, DJ Danz will be setting the tone, dropping beats and building the ambiance from first warm-up lap to final stomp. Expect energy, noise and proper session vibes.
Meanwhile… Ribs-a-licious.
Domski will be firing up the smokers, slow-braising, glazing and BBQ’ing all afternoon. Low and slow, stacked with flavour, dripping in smoky goodness.
Consider it fuel for your laps and a serious upgrade to your day.
BBQ ribs for €4 and corn cobs for €3 will keep riders fuelled and spectators planted trackside.
